About the sample:
The sample production cycle is about 15 days.
No more than 10kg of samples are provided free of charge, the customer will pay the express fee.
New product development process:
Firstly, according to the customer’s requirements and the characteristics of the finished products, we will make samples for customer testing, including materials, mechanical properties and processing, if qualified to the next step.The second step 1 ton -3 tons small batch test, adjust the process and check the stability consistency of the craft,.The third step is to test the batch process in batches of about 10 tons.Finally, the production process is set in mass production.
